Dear Reader,

2004 was an exceptional year for me. My first book, "To Catch a Cowgirl", came out from Avalon Books, the company I work for threw me a book launch party and I won Cata-Romance's Best Avalon Romance of 2004. It's hard to top those achievements, but so far 2005 has been pretty good.

I had a second book from Avalon released in February. "Diamonds are a Cowgirl's Best Friend" is the story of Jake's sister Abigail Blue. (Jake was the hero in my first book.) The scene stealing horse in this book is, Lance. He's a very tongue in cheek combination of two of the horses I have owned in the past. The book has been getting some great reviews, much to my delight.

In January I decided to try something different. I am currently writing a Young Adult Romance that is the first book in a possible trilogy. The work has been flowing along well and I hope to be finished the first draft soon.

Lastly, and most obviously, I decided to take the plunge and register my own domain name. Between juggling a full time job, training a young horse and my writing, I didn't have much time to create a web site, so I decided to hire a designer. As you can see, she's done a terrific job.
